Military Specification / Low OutgassingTypical FeaturesWS1318 (TW) is a highly flexible and fluid resistant, flame retarded fluoropolymer heat-shrinkable tubing which meets the material and functional requirements of military specifications AMS-DTL-23053/13.WS1318 (TW) meets the low outgassing requirements of NASA SP-R-0022A.In addition to resistance to fluids in AMS-DTL-23053, WS1318 (TW) is also resistant to Skydrol 500 aircraft hydraulic fluid.Shrink temperature is 130ºC.Operating temperature range is -70ºC to +200ºC and up to 300ºC for short periods.WS1318 (TW) is recommended for applications where thin walls and resistance to aggressive solvents, including Skydrol, and high temperatures is required in a clear material.
